I must admit to approaching this with the apprehension that puts me bang in the middle of those people you mention - I was thrilled be reading a story about a con but worried that the financial nuts and bolts would be beyond me. Luckily I wasnt. Thanks to you and McDonald. I think in the case of such stories, what lures the reader in is the intricacy of the con, not so much the financial nitty gritty. And the stories of untold riches etc. would fall victim to the old adage that fiction has to make sense while life doesnt. So we would all turn our noses up at unbelievable luck' etc. Thanks for sharing this, post. I enjoyed it.
